1 7 It is the intent of the general assembly that
1 8 moneys appropriated in this subsection shall be in
1 9 addition to any moneys that would be allocated to the
1 10 Mitchellville correctional facility for educational
1 11 programs pursuant to the formula established by the
1 12 department of corrections for distribution of moneys
1 13 appropriated in subsection 7."
