  1  3    #1,  Page 8, by inserting after line 13 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Of the amount appropriated in this subsection and
  1  6 as much that is necessary but not to exceed $500,000
  1  7 shall be used to implement soil conservation practices
  1  8 in the watershed of Backbone lake located at Backbone
  1  9 state park."
