  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8616, to Senate File 2366,
  1  2 as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 7, by inserting after line 3 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "___.  For purposes of this section, and in
  1  7 addition to the definition provided in subsection 1,
  1  8 "teacher" also means a counselor who is a practitioner
  1  9 as defined in section 272.1.  For purposes of this
  1 10 section, "national board for professional teaching
  1 11 standards" means the national board for professional
  1 12 teaching standards or the national board for certified
  1 13 counselors, inc."
