1 1 Amend the amendment, H-8616, to Senate File 2366,
1 2 as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
1 3 follows:
1 4 #1. Page 2, by inserting after line 12 the
1 5 following:
1 6 "Sec. ___. STATE BOARD OF REGENTS. There is
1 7 appropriated from the general fund of the state to the
1 8 state board of regents for the fiscal year beginning
1 9 July 1, 1998, and ending June 30, 1999, the following
1 10 amount, or so much thereof as is necessary, to be used
1 11 for the purposes designated:
1 12 For purposes of practitioner preparation program
1 13 reform at the institutions of higher learning under
1 14 the control of the state board of regents, including
1 15 but not limited to, implementation of instructional
1 16 technology improvements:
1 17 .................................................. $ 1,500,000"
1 18 #2. By renumbering as necessary.
