1 3 #1. Page 6, by inserting after line 21 the
1 4 following:
1 5 "Sec. ___. Section 349.16, subsection 3, Code
1 6 1997, is amended to read as follows:
1 7 3. The reports of the county treasurer, including
1 8 a schedule of the receipts and expenditures of the
1 9 county and the current cash balance in each fund in
1 10 the treasurer's office together with the total of
1 11 warrants outstanding against each of said funds as
1 12 shown by the warrant register in the auditor's office.
1 13 In counties with a population of fifty thousand or
1 14 more, the reports of the treasurer shall be published
1 15 semiannually. In counties with a population of less
1 16 than fifty thousand, the reports of the treasurer
1 17 shall be published annually."
1 18 #2. By renumbering as necessary.
