  1  1    Amend Senate File 2405, as passed by the Senate, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 9, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "areas." the following:  "Noncontiguous cities located
  1  5 within the same county, or contiguous counties, may
  1  6 also execute an agreement for the joint construction
  1  7 or acquisition, furnishing, operation, and maintenance
  1  8 of a regional public building or buildings for their
  1  9 common use."
  1 10    #2.  Page 2, line 9, by inserting after the word
