  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8454, to Senate File 2295,
  1  2 as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, line 21, by inserting after the word
  1  5 "difference." the following:  "However, the amount of
  1  6 the difference shall be allocated in the same manner
  1  7 as other moneys which are reallocated to soil and
  1  8 water conservation districts after the moneys are
  1  9 returned by a district to the soil conservation
  1 10 division."
