1 1 Amend the amendment, H-8443, to House File 2528 as

1 3 #1. Page 1, by inserting after line 1 the
1 4 following:
1 5 "# . Page 9, lines 18 and 19, by striking the
1 6 words "and who has been accident and conviction free
1 7 continuously for," and inserting the following: "and
1 8 who was has not been found to be at fault for an
1 9 accident and who has been conviction free continuously
1 10 for,"."
1 11 #2. Page 1, by striking lines 2 through 8 and
1 12 inserting the following:
1 13 "# . Page 10, line 7, by inserting after the
1 14 word "driver." the following: "However, a licensee
1 15 may operate a vehicle without an accompanying driver
1 16 between the hours of twelve-thirty a.m. and five a.m.
1 17 if such licensee possesses a waiver signed by a parent
1 18 or guardian on a form to be provided by the
1 19 department.""
1 20 #3. Page 1, by inserting before line 9 the
1 21 following:
1 22 "# . Page 10, line 13, by inserting after the
1 23 word "accident" the following: "for which the person
1 24 was found to be at fault,".
1 25 # . Page 10, line 18, by inserting after the
1 26 word "accident" the following: "for which the person
1 27 was found to be at fault,".

1 29 words "and has been accident and conviction free
1 30 continuously" and inserting the following: "and has
1 31 not been found to be at fault for an accident and has
1 32 been conviction free continuously".

1 34 word "accident" the following: "for which the person
1 35 was found to be at fault,".
1 36 # . Page 10, line 27 by striking the words "and
1 37 has been accident and conviction free" and inserting
1 38 the following: "and has not been found to be at fault
1 39 for an accident and has been conviction free".
1 40 # . Page 11, line 8 by striking the words "and
1 41 who has been accident and conviction free" and
1 42 inserting the following: "and who has not been found
1 43 to be at fault for an accident and has been conviction
1 44 free".
1 45 # . Page 13, line 1, by inserting after the word
1 46 "accident" the following: "for which the person was
1 47 found to be at fault"."
1 48 #4. By renumbering as necessary.
