  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 2 through 5 and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    "#___.  Page 3, line 23, by striking the word
  1  6 "who".
  1  7    #___.  Page 3, line 25, by inserting after the
  1  8 figure "299A.3" the following:  ", and who completes a
  1  9 driver's education instruction course established
  1 10 pursuant to rule of and approved by the department of
  1 11 education"."
  1 12    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
