1 6 the following: "probation. Upon the filing of an
1 7 affidavit by the victim which states that the
1 8 defendant continues to pose a threat to the safety of
1 9 the victim, persons residing with the victim, or
1 10 members of the victim's immediate family"."
1 11 #2. Page 1, by striking lines 43 through 48, and
1 12 inserting the following: "year, if" and inserting the
1 13 following: "five years, unless".
1 14 # . Page 3, line 15, by striking the words
1 15 "continues to pose" and inserting the following: "no
1 16 longer poses"."

1 18 inserting the following:
