  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8389, to House File 2496, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking the figure "(1)" and
  1  4 inserting the following:  "4.  a."
  1  5    #2.  Page 1, line 11, by striking the figure "(2)"
  1  6 and inserting the following:  "b.".
  1  7    #3.  Page 1, by striking lines 17 through 20 and
  1  8 inserting the following:  "subsection and the
  1  9 additional benefits provided to members of the system
  1 10 by this Act, whichever is later.  However, until this
  1 11 subsection is implemented, the department shall not
  1 12 credit amounts to active member supplemental accounts
  1 13 as provided in section 97B.49H.""
