  1  2    #1.  Page 10, line 7, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "driver." the following:  "However, a licensee may
  1  4 operate a vehicle to and from school-related
  1  5 extracurricular activities and work without an
  1  6 accompanying driver between the hours of twelve-thirty
  1  7 a.m. and five a.m. if such licensee possesses a waiver
  1  8 on a form to be provided by the department."
