1 2 #1. Page 10, by striking lines 10 through 16 and
1 3 inserting the following: "PERMIT OR INTERMEDIATE
1 4 LICENSE. A person who has been issued an instruction
1 5 permit under this section shall be subject to remedial
1 6 driver improvement action or suspension of the permit
1 7 upon conviction of a moving traffic violation or
1 8 involvement in a motor vehicle accident which occurred
1 9 during the term of the instruction permit. A person
1 10 who has been issued an intermediate license under this
1 11 section shall be subject to remedial driver
1 12 improvement action or suspension of the license upon
1 13 conviction of a moving traffic violation, other than a
1 14 conviction of a violation described in section
1 15 321.210, subsection 2, paragraph "d", or if the person
1 16 was involved in a motor vehicle accident which
1 17 occurred during the term of the license. A person
1 18 possessing an".
1 19 #2. Page 10, line 24, by inserting after the word
1 20 "violation" the following: ", other than a conviction
1 21 of a violation described in section 321.210,
1 22 subsection 2, paragraph "d",".
1 23 #3. Page 11, line 11, by inserting after the word
1 24 "fee." the following: "A conviction of a violation
1 25 described in section 321.210, subsection 2, paragraph
1 26 "d", does not apply to this subsection."
1 27 #4. By renumbering as necessary.
