Section 294A.25, subsection 11, Code 1 5 Supplement 1997, is amended to read as follows: 1 6 11. For the fiscal year beginning July 1,19971 7 1998, and ending June 30,19981999, to the department 1 8 of education from phase III moneys the amount of one 1 9 million two hundred fifty thousand dollars for support 1 10 for the operations of the new Iowa schools development 1 11 corporation and for school transformation design and 1 12 implementation projects administered by the 1 13 corporation. Of the amount provided in this 1 14 subsection, one hundred fifty thousand dollars shall 1 15 be used for the school and community planning 1 16 initiative." 1 17 #2.
