  1  1    Amend the Senate amendment, H-8119, to House File
  1  2 299, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the House,
  1  3 as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 15, line 37, by inserting after the word
  1  5 "pool." the following:  "The department of public
  1  6 health shall compile an annual report based on the
  1  7 information received pursuant to this subsection but
  1  8 shall not reproduce, release, or disclose any
  1  9 information obtained pursuant to this subsection which
  1 10 reveals the identity of any employee or prospective
  1 11 employee, a medical review officer, employer, or
  1 12 laboratory involved in drug or alcohol testing
  1 13 pursuant to this section."
