  1  1    Amend the Senate amendment, H-8119, to House File
  1  2 299, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the House,
  1  3 as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 3, by inserting after line 17 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "1.  "Work site" means the place, scene, or general
  1  7 area under the control of an employer where one or
  1  8 multiple structures of the same business exist in
  1  9 proximity to one another."
  1 10    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
