1 1 Amend the Senate amendment, H-8119, to House File
1 2 299, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the House,
1 3 as follows:
1 4 #1. Page 8, by striking lines 37 through 40 and
1 5 inserting the following:
1 6 "a. Prior to conducting drug or alcohol testing
1 7 under this section, an employer shall establish a
1 8 written policy which is consistent with the
1 9 requirements of this section governing such testing
1 10 and which has been agreed to by representatives of the
1 11 employees and the employer. The employer shall comply
1 12 with this section and the requirements of the written
1 13 policy to conduct drug or alcohol testing of employees
1 14 and prospective employees and shall provide the
1 15 written policy to every employee subject to testing
1 16 and shall make the policy available for".
