  1  1    Amend the Senate amendment, H-8119, to House File
  1  2 299, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the House,
  1  3 as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 11, by inserting after line 21 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "i.  If an employee is under eighteen years of age,
  1  7 in order to conduct drug or alcohol testing under this
  1  8 section, the employer shall, prior to conducting a
  1  9 test, notify the employee's parent or grandparent that
  1 10 a test shall be conducted and the basis for the test.
  1 11 For purposes of this paragraph, "parent" means one
  1 12 parent or a legal guardian or custodian of the
  1 13 employee."
  1 14    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
