  1  1    Amend House File 2437 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 11, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "pupil." the following:  "However, if the school
  1  4 district in which a pupil is enrolled provides an
  1  5 opportunity to enroll in an all-day, everyday
  1  6 kindergarten program and the parent or guardian of the
  1  7 pupil chooses to enroll the pupil in kindergarten on a
  1  8 less than full-time basis, the pupil shall be counted
  1  9 in accordance with paragraph "a"."
