1 2 #1. Page 3, by inserting after line 17 the
1 3 following:
1 4 "Sec. ___. JUDICIAL DEPARTMENT. There is
1 5 appropriated from the rebuild Iowa infrastructure fund
1 6 to the judicial department for the fiscal year
1 7 beginning July 1, 1997, and ending June 30, 1998, the
1 8 following amount, or so much thereof as is necessary,
1 9 to be used for the purpose designated:
1 10 For design and development of a new judicial
1 11 building:
1 12 .................................................. $ 1,700,000
1 13 Notwithstanding section 8.33, unencumbered or
1 14 unobligated funds remaining on June 30, 2000, from the
1 15 funds appropriated in this section shall revert to the
1 16 rebuild Iowa infrastructure fund on August 31, 2000."
