  1  3    #1.  Page 4, by inserting after line 39 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "d.  The portion of the environmental audit report
  1  6 is relevant to demonstrate compliance or noncompliance
  1  7 with a duty to disclose information to third parties
  1  8 under statute, contract, or common law."
  1  9    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
