  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8054, to House File 681 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 9, by striking line 19 and inserting the
  1  4 following:  "state.
  1  5    Sec. ___.  NEW SECTION.  455J.14  DISCLOSURE.
  1  6    This chapter shall not alter or amend the duties,
  1  7 rights, or obligations of persons to disclose
  1  8 information to third parties, whether such duties,
  1  9 rights, or obligations arise from statute, contract,
  1 10 or common law."
  1 11    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
