  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8054, to House File 681 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 5, line 19, by inserting after the figure
  1  4 "1." the following:  "The privileges created in this
  1  5 chapter shall not apply to criminal investigations or
  1  6 proceedings.  An environmental audit report,
  1  7 supporting documents, and testimony relating thereto
  1  8 may be obtained by a prosecutor's subpoena pursuant to
  1  9 the rules of criminal procedure."
