1 1 Amend the amendment, H-8054, to House File 681 as
1 2 follows:
1 3 #1. Page 3, by inserting after line 17 the
1 4 following:
1 5 "7. Notwithstanding any other provision of this
1 6 chapter, the privileges conferred by this chapter
1 7 shall not be available in a civil or criminal action
1 8 against an owner or operator for discharge of a
1 9 pollutant which resulted in a violation of water
1 10 quality standards, ambient air quality standards, or
1 11 safe drinking water standards."
1 12 #2. Page 8, by inserting after line 28 the
1 13 following:
1 14 "10. Notwithstanding any other provision of this
1 15 chapter, the immunities conferred by this chapter
1 16 shall not be available in a civil or criminal action
1 17 against an owner or operator for discharge of a
1 18 pollutant which resulted in a violation of water
1 19 quality standards, ambient air quality standards, or
1 20 safe drinking water standards."
