  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8054, to House File 681 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 4, line 41, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "applies." the following:  "The party seeking
  1  5 disclosure shall be provided with a copy of the
  1  6 environmental audit report at least ten days prior to
  1  7 the in camera hearing unless the court or presiding
  1  8 officer orders a shorter or longer time.  The court or
  1  9 presiding officer may issue appropriate protective
  1 10 orders to ensure privileged information is not
  1 11 released to third parties during the proceedings."
