  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8054, to House File 681 as

  1  3    #1.  Page 3, by inserting after line 17 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "7.  A person who asserts the privilege under this
  1  6 section with the intent to deceive or injure a person
  1  7 or to conceal any wrongdoing is guilty of a fraudulent
  1  8 practice."
