  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8054, to House File 681, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 3, line 25, by striking the word
  1  4 "Disclosure" and inserting the following:  "Any
  1  5 violation of an environmental law, rule, ordinance, or
  1  6 permit condition which is discovered during an
  1  7 environmental audit shall be reported to the
  1  8 department within thirty days of the discovery of the
  1  9 violation.  The failure to report a violation in a
  1 10 timely manner shall result in the waiver of any
  1 11 privilege and confidentiality rights granted in
  1 12 section 455J.3.  However, disclosure".
