1 3 #1. Page 1, by striking line 32 and inserting the
1 4 following: "environmental audit and filed with the
1 5 department. An "environmental audit report"".
1 6 #2. Page 6, by inserting after line 4 the
1 7 following:
1 8 "5. The department shall allow, upon request, the
1 9 review of the contents of an environmental audit
1 10 report filed with the department to all of the
1 11 following:
1 12 a. Medical doctors.
1 13 b. Health officials.
1 14 c. Statisticians.
1 15 d. Public health officials.
1 16 e. The general assembly.
1 17 f. Environmental groups studying issues relating
1 18 to environmental spills and cleanup."
