  1  1    Amend House File 2026 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 21, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "pain;" the following:  "are at-risk of becoming a
  1  4 substance abuser or have been identified as a
  1  5 substance abuser;".
  1  6    #2.  Page 1, by inserting after line 33 the
  1  7 following:
  1  8    "c.  Preparation for accelerating the achievement
  1  9 growth of students through the use of learning
  1 10 techniques that shall include, but are not limited to,
  1 11 reading instruction in phonics."
  1 12    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
