  1  1    Amend House File 358 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 1, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "Code" the following:  "Supplement".
  1  4    #2.  Page 1, by striking lines 3 and 4 and
  1  5 inserting the following:
  1  6    "NEW SUBSECTION.  22.  Establish that an individual
  1  7 is ineligible to apply for or receive an award of a".
  1  8    #3.  By striking page 1, line 35, through page 2,
  1  9 line 2, and inserting the following:  "student is
  1 10 ineligible to apply for or receive a state-sponsored
  1 11 loan, grant, or scholarship until the student submits
  1 12 a".
  1 13    #4.  Page 2, line 11, by inserting after the word
  1 14 "Code" the following:  "Supplement".
  1 15    #5.  Page 2, by striking lines 13 through 15 and
  1 16 inserting the following:
  1 17    "NEW SUBSECTION.  30.  Require the institutions of
  1 18 higher learning under its control to designate an
  1 19 individual ineligible to apply for or receive a state-
  1 20 supported".
  1 21    #6.  Page 3, line 11, by striking the word
  1 22 "institution".
  1 23    #7.  By striking page 3, lines 12 through 14 and
  1 24 inserting the following:  "student is ineligible to
  1 25 apply for or receive a state-supported loan, grant, or
  1 26 scholarship until the student submits a statement
  1 27 certifying that".
  1 28    #8.  Title page, line 2, by striking the words "for
  1 29 enrollment, and".
  1 30    #9.  Title page, line 3, by striking the word
  1 31 "aid," and inserting the following:  "aid".
