  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8008, to House File 2096 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 1 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "#___.  Page 1, by striking lines 7 and 8 and
  1  6 inserting the following:  "tamper with anhydrous
  1  7 equipment.  Tampering occurs when a person who is not
  1  8 authorized by the owner of anhydrous ammonia equipment
  1  9 uses the equipment in violation of a provision of this
  1 10 chapter, including a rule adopted by the secretary.""
  1 11    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
