  1  1    Amend Senate File 2082, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 4, the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec. ___.  Section 809A.14, subsection 7, Code
  1  6 1997, is amended by adding the following new paragraph
  1  7 and relettering subsequent paragraphs:
  1  8    NEW PARAGRAPH.  a.  Forfeited property used in
  1  9 connection with a violation of section 200.14 shall be
  1 10 first used to satisfy the civil penalty imposed upon
  1 11 the person as provided in section 200.18."
  1 12    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
