1 7 "100,000" and inserting the following: "120,000"."
1 8 #2. Page 1, by striking lines 3 through 6.
1 9 #3. Page 1, by inserting after line 6 the
1 10 following:
1 11 "# . Page 9, by inserting after line 2 the
1 12 following:
1 13 "Sec. . NONREVERSION. Notwithstanding section
1 14 8.33, unobligated moneys remaining on June 30, 1997,
1 15 from moneys appropriated to the department of general
1 16 services in 1996 Iowa Acts, chapter 1219, section 44,
1 17 shall not revert to the general fund of the state but
1 18 shall be available for expenditure for the following
1 19 fiscal year for the purposes for which appropriated.""
1 20 #4. Page 1, by striking lines 23 and 24 and
1 21 inserting the following: "from winning tickets back
1 22 on the equipment. However, such lottery equipment may
1 23 be leased or purchased if the credits from winning
1 24 tickets are printed out on a receipt".
1 25 #5. Page 1, by striking lines 26 through 31.
1 26 #6. By renumbering, relettering, or redesignating
1 27 and correcting internal references as necessary.
