  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1369, to Senate File 391, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 4 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "#   .  Page 8, by inserting after line 19 the
  1  7 following:
  1  8    "Sec. ___.  REPAIR OF HIGHWAY 235.  The state
  1  9 department of transportation shall include in its
  1 10 current five-year plan, provisions for completing the
  1 11 repairs and reconstruction planned for highway 235.""
  1 12    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
