  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1626, to House File 715 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by striking lines 6 and 7.
  1  4    #2.  Page 4, by striking lines 2 through 6, and
  1  5 inserting the following:
  1  6    "#   .  Page 48, line 28, by inserting after the
  1  7 word "registered." the following:  "The department
  1  8 shall review the effects of providing a rate
  1  9 reimbursement incentive on child day care availability
  1 10 including but not limited to any change in the number
  1 11 of providers who are registered and the effect on
  1 12 access to providers in rural and urban areas.  The
  1 13 department shall report the findings of the review to
  1 14 the general assembly on or before January 2, 1998.""
  1 15    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
