  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1561, to Senate File 519, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, line 7, by inserting after the word
  1  5 "user" the following:  ".  The commission shall
  1  6 establish the value of providing dial-up access to the
  1  7 internet through the use of the network or any network
  1  8 services to any individual person accessing the
  1  9 network through an authorized user.  The commission
  1 10 shall provide a statement of that value to such a
  1 11 person for purposes of income taxation under federal
  1 12 and state law".
