  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1552, to Senate File 519, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 3, by inserting after line 40 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "3.  The commission shall establish the value of
  1  7 providing dial-up access to the internet through the
  1  8 use of the network or any network services to any
  1  9 individual person accessing the network through an
  1 10 authorized user.  The commission shall provide a
  1 11 statement of that value to such a person for purposes
  1 12 of income taxation under federal and state law."
