  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1583, to House File 708 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 17 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "#   .  Page 11, lines 4 and 5, by striking the
  1  6 words "install hydrological monitoring wells" and
  1  7 inserting the following:  "perform tests"."
  1  8    #2.  Page 1, line 22, by inserting after the word
  1  9 "located." the following:  "To every extent feasible,
  1 10 the tests shall be conducted to ensure the most
  1 11 efficient use of moneys appropriated under this
  1 12 section to obtain accurate samples, which may include
  1 13 the use of hydraulically powered, percussion and
  1 14 probing equipment designed specifically for use in the
  1 15 environmental industry to drive borings in order to
  1 16 obtain groundwater samples."
