  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1461, to House File 708, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 5, by inserting before the word
  1  4 "STATE" the following:  "CERTAIN".
  1  5    #2.  Page 1, line 8, by striking the words "on
  1  6 state land" and inserting the following:  "in state
  1  7 parks, state preserves, state recreation areas, and
  1  8 state forest lands".
