  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1460, to House File 693 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 9 through 12 and
  1  4 inserting the following:  "noneconomic damage awards.
  1  5 However, where the plaintiff if found to bear no
  1  6 fault, the rule of joint and several liability shall
  1  7 apply to both economic damages and noneconomic
  1  8 damages."
