  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1456, to House File 693 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 32, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "awards." the following:  "In actions brought under
  1  5 this chapter, the rule of joint and several liability
  1  6 shall apply to both economic damages and noneconomic
  1  7 damages when the plaintiff is found to bear no fault."
