  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1481, to House File 693 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 30, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "birthday" the following:  "or within two years after
  1  5 the date on which the claimant knew, or through the
  1  6 use of reasonable diligence should have known, or
  1  7 received notice in writing of the existence of, the
  1  8 injury or death for which damages are sought in the
  1  9 action, but in no event shall any action be brought
  1 10 more than one year after the minor attains the age of
  1 11 majority".
