  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1481, to House File 693 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 30, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "birthday" the following:  "or as provided in
  1  5 paragraph "a", whichever is later, provided that when
  1  6 the minor does not have a living parent or guardian or
  1  7 live with a parent or guardian, or when the minor's
  1  8 parent or guardian has not exercised reasonable
  1  9 judgment in deciding whether to pursue the minor's
  1 10 claim, or when the injury is to the minor's
  1 11 reproductive system the statute of limitations tolls
  1 12 until one year after the minor reaches the age of
  1 13 majority".
