  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1481, to House File 693 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 30, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "birthday" the following:  ", provided that when the
  1  5 minor does not have a living parent or guardian or
  1  6 live with a parent or guardian the statute of
  1  7 limitations tolls until one year after the minor
  1  8 reaches the age of majority".
