  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1383, to House File 681 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 8, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "facility" the following:  "or a certified independent
  1  5 environmental auditor".
  1  6    #2.  Page 1, by inserting after line 11 the
  1  7 following:
  1  8    "#   .  Page 3, by inserting after line 11 the
  1  9 following:
  1 10    "Sec. ___.  NEW SECTION.  455H.3A  CERTIFICATION OF
  1 11 AUDITORS.
  1 12    The department shall adopt rules providing for the
  1 13 certification of independent environmental auditors.""
