  1  2    #1.  Page 6, line 31, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "court." the following:  "The court may, however,
  1  4 reduce the fee to ten dollars or waive the fee, if the
  1  5 person remains in custody or if, based on the
  1  6 affidavit of financial status, the court determines
  1  7 that the person does not have the financial resources
  1  8 to pay the fee."
