1 2 #1. Page 1, by inserting after line 18 the
1 3 following:
1 4 "Sec. ___. Section 99D.11, Code 1997, is amended
1 5 by adding the following new subsection:
1 6 NEW SUBSECTION. 8. A licensee shall not permit
1 7 the operation of a satellite terminal as defined in
1 8 section 527.2 to dispense cash or credit for gambling
1 9 purposes within a pari-mutuel racetrack enclosure or
1 10 at other facilities and parking areas controlled by
1 11 the licensee."
1 12 #2. Page 3, by inserting after line 5 the
1 13 following:
1 14 "Sec. ___. Section 99F.9, Code 1997, is amended by
1 15 adding the following new subsection:
1 16 NEW SUBSECTION. 7. A licensee shall not permit
1 17 the operation of a satellite terminal as defined in
1 18 section 527.2 to dispense cash or credit for gambling
1 19 purposes on an excursion gambling boat or at other
1 20 facilities and parking areas controlled by the
1 21 licensee."
1 22 #3. Title page, line 5, by inserting after the
1 23 word "enclosures," the following: "by prohibiting the
1 24 dispensing of moneys for gambling from satellite
1 25 banking terminals,".
