1 4 "Sec. ___. NEW SECTION. 216A.18 REPEAL.
1 5 Sections 216A.11 through 216A.17, providing for the
1 6 creation, organization, and operation of the
1 7 commission of Latino affairs, is repealed effective
1 8 July 1, 2010, and the division of Latino affairs shall
1 9 no longer exist effective on that date.
1 10 Sec. ___. NEW SECTION. 216A.61 REPEAL.
1 11 Sections 216A.51 through 216A.60, providing for the
1 12 creation, organization, and operation of the
1 13 commission on the status of women, is repealed
1 14 effective July 1, 1997, and the division on the status
1 15 of women shall no longer exist effective on that date.
1 16 Sec. ___. NEW SECTION. 216A.150 REPEAL.
1 17 Sections 216A.141 through 216A.149, providing for
1 18 the creation, organization, and operation of the
1 19 commission on the status of African-Americans, is
1 20 repealed effective July 1, 2010, and the division on
1 21 the status of African-Americans shall no longer exist
1 22 effective on that date."
1 23 #2. Page 1, line 2, by striking the word "This"
1 24 and inserting the following: "Section 1 of this".
1 25 #3. By renumbering as necessary.
