1 1 Amend the amendment, H-1035, to House File 121, as
1 2 follows:
1 3 #1. Page 1, line 6, by inserting after the word
1 4 "petition." the following: "If the court fails to
1 5 hold the hearing and rule on the petition within
1 6 forty-eight hours of the filing of the petition and an
1 7 extension is not requested, the petition is deemed
1 8 granted and waiver of the notification requirements is
1 9 deemed authorized. The court shall immediately
1 10 provide documentation to the pregnant minor and to the
1 11 pregnant minor's legal counsel if the pregnant minor
1 12 is represented by legal counsel demonstrating that the
1 13 petition is deemed granted and that waiver of the
1 14 notification requirements is deemed authorized."
1 15 #2. Page 1, by inserting after line 6 the
1 16 following:
1 17 "#___. Page 1, line 21, by striking the word
1 18 "seventeen" and inserting the following: "ten"."
1 19 #3. By renumbering as necessary.
