House Amendment 1210

  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1208, to House File 544, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 31 through 34 and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    "NEW PARAGRAPH.  k.  Elements of a foster care
  1  6 placement agreement outlining rights and
  1  7 responsibilities associated with an individual
  1  8 providing child foster care.
  1  9    Sec. ___.  Section 237.3, Code 1997, is amended by
  1 10 adding the following new subsection:
  1 11    NEW SUBSECTION.  9.  The department shall adopt
  1 12 rules specifying the elements of a preadoptive care
  1 13 agreement outlining the rights and responsibilities
  1 14 associated with a person providing preadoptive care,
  1 15 as defined in section 232.2."
